George, your children completed and raised money in your name in this half marathon. You would (and I know are) so proud of them. It hasn't been easy for any of them, but they have the determination to go through with something they believe in, to help raise money for the lung cancer funding - you went through such an unbelievably horrible time when you had this, and although it goes without saying we would really not have wanted you to suffer as you did and for you still to be here,  it would be brilliant to eradicate this awful illness altogether, that is what they are doing it for and doing it in your name and memory.  They all 'hurt' afterwards but they are so pleased they did it. I AM SO PROUD OF THEM ALL.

We had a lovely group of supporters to cheer them on - so I will say to them all, on your behalf, WELL DONE !!
