I find it really hard to get my head around that on Monday 18th May 2015, you would have been 70.  If it had been like your 60th you probably wouldn't have wanted a lot of fuss - you didn't on your 60th or 65th.  Because we didn't want to let the day go by we decided to go out for lunch to celebrate for you and to say 'Happy Birthday' to you.  As your birthday was on Monday and it was a working day, we went out on the Sunday.  I have put 2 very good photo's on your Gallery page.  We went to the Birch at Woburn - as we did last year. The meal was nice and we had a toast to you for your birthday. 70.  I can't believe it, although 70 is not 'old' these days. It was a good celebration - you would have enjoyed it - all being together as that was what you were about really - all being together.  We all came round to your 'garden' at various times over the Sunday and Monday to have a chat to you.  I'm sure you were with us and all of us are with you, constantly, every day in heart and mind and always will be.
