I forgot to tell you that Paul has signed up for 3 half marathons this year. He is doing the Silverstone one again in March, half marathon in Milton Keynes in May and half marathon at the Royal Parks in October. He really enjoyed the Royal Parks one and he managed it much better than the Silverston one last year - he managed to train more. Geraldine has (nervously) decided to 'have a go' at the Royal Parks one this year as Paul went on about it so much last time and how much he enjoyed it and the atmosphere and maybe Adam will have a go but not sure.
