Geraldine, Ewan, Liam and me went to Bournemouth on 27th to 29th May during the school's half term holiday. We did better with the weather than at home. It was cloudy on the Tuesday we arrived and it tried to rain a bit on the Wednesday but we managed to sit on the beach for most of the day. You would have liked it George, the boys made sandcastles (I helped of course) and we did a 'sand sculpture' and Ewan and Liam went in the sea, even though it was cold! Thursday was the worst day when it rained heavily - we were on the beach with umbrellas up! A bit like when we were all in Dawlish sitting on the beach under umbrellas because it was pouring down!
