Friday 6th July 2018 would have been our Golden Wedding Anniversary (50 years).  I was really upset in the morning, just thinking what would we have done to celebrate the day, gone on holiday, out for the day, gone for a meal...........who knows.  In the afternoon i was with the flower club for an afternoon tea..to celebrate their 40th birthday.  I'm glad i went as otherwise i would have been on my own and i didn't want that, so i was pleased that i had something to do. The weather was very hot and sunny as was our wedding day (but not as hot as now). I was going to watch our wedding dvd but couldn't as it would have upset me again.

On the 7th Geraldine and i went to Sopwell House, St Albans and had morning coffee and pastries. Again the weather was very hot and sunny, it was a really lovely morning with Geraldine and then came back to watch England win over Sweden.  So that was a really good day.
