Paul is into his marathon's - he really likes running.  He did another half marathon on 4th May 2015 at Milton Keynes starting at MK Dons Stadium.  The day turned out to be warmer than we thought.  Geraldine, Simon and the boys came to watch, not that you could 'watch' the run much as it was around the streets of MK.  We sat nice and comfortable in the stadium and waited for him!
Think his time was around 2hrs which was good. I have some photo's to put on your site.  They are in training (Adam?) for the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October - all three of them - so watch this space.  That will be the biggy for them all and hopefully collectively they will be able to raise much money for Roy Castle Lung Caner charity to help combat this absolutely dreadful thing.  I will never forget how you suffered with this.
